There are no rules. It's a one night stand so don't expect a commitment or any loyalty.

The difference with friends is that you still see each other and are you comfortable with the fact that you've seen each other naked or whatever insecurities you both may have. Also, is this friend the type that would blab to those in your circle or put you down for doing something wrong or stupid.

One night stands only work if you are sure you will never see this person again and you both got what you wanted.

Also, never piss in your own pool.

shojo literally means girl in japanese. shojo is also a genre with common and generic traits aimed at female audiences. many elements found in gundam wing follow the genre conventions of shojo, such as the main cast of 5 feminine pretty boys and an underlying pseudo-homosexual theme running through the plot. but for christ sake man, your profile says youre the same age as me, learn to use google and wikipedia.

nice collection of pictures… i have to say, when it first dawned on me that i had fallen in love with a shojo anime i cried manly tears for a few days. but pretty soon recovered and resumed enjoying the wealth of story and entertainment this show has to offer.

The space between two neurons is called the synapse, and the actual gap is called the synaptic cleft. The axon at the synapse contains synaptic vesicles that store neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are molecules that transmit information from one neuron to another neuron or from a neuron to a target cell. The sending cell is called the presynaptic neuron, and the receiving cell is the postsynaptic neuron.

An action potential arrives at the presynaptic terminal(at the end of the axon). Voltage-gated calcium channels open (open/close in response to changes in membrane voltage), and calcium enters the presynaptic neuron and triggers the fusion of synaptic vesicles. The vesicles release neurotransmitters into the synaptic cleft. The neurotransmitter diffuses and binds to receptors on the postsynaptic membrane. This makes the postsynaptic ion channels open (or close), and a voltage response is generated. The transmitter unbinds, is degraded or taken up by glia.

Well obviously its important because if you couldnt communicate effectively, people wouldnt understand you or they can misinterpret you and do a shitty job.

effective negotiation in the workplace would be, well, getting what you want, most times to get what you want requires that people like you to some degree, so when they like you and you look out for there interests they will in turn look out for yours as well. if you are a self serving indulgent you have very little negotiating power, nobody wants to help you if nothing is in it for them. Give and invest now so you can reap the rewards tomorrow, thats how you negotiate.Also make your limits known as to what youll accept and what you wont accept, in a calmly assertive manner, so people know they cant fuck with you, then you will avoid uneeded negotiations for people getting what they want from you, let them know right off the bat-this is off limits even if you have to manipulate to get your needs met.
